    • We then received either one of two poems: (1) "I felt a Funeral, in my Brain, (340) or (2) Because I could not stop for Death - (479) (CLICK HERE FOR POEMS) and used TPCASTT to individually annotate our poems (slides 7-9) - Hold on to your annotations for now. We will come back to them!

  • Today we learned about Rationalists (slides 1-10) and read an except from Common Sense by Thomas Paine in our textbooks (pgs 376-378). After reading, we answered questions 1 and 4 from the textbook and discussed its connection to rationalist ideals.

  • Today we learned about Native American Creation Myths (slides 1-6). We read the Iroquois Creation Myth Story (myth) at our table groups and created an illustration of the myth.
